We reserve the right to accept or deny any orders placed via our website. Your placement of order does not constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. We reserve the right to reject your order should we at our sole discretion suspect that orders are not bona fide or are fraudulent.
We accept direct debit and paypal payments and also payments via our securely hosted online credit card processing facility. Credit Card Payments will be processed in real time by Credit Card processing Merchant Bank and only successful authorization shall be subject to a sale. We cannot guarantee nor can be held liable for a decline on your credit card transaction.
We deliver instant pin, we do not mail or ship physical phone cards or vouchers. Delivery of phone card pins will take place instantly after the purchase. The customers will be provided with the pin numbers and other necessary information in three different methods. The customer will be able to view or print the pin number in Secure Delivery page right after the purchase. This information will also be displayed in their MY ACCOUNT page. We will also e-mail you the pin number(s) and also the details of your purchase. We will not be held responsible if your email address is not valid or, if your email host deny our email to be sent to your mailbox.
We use state-of-the-art security measures to protect your personal and credit card information. We are the reseller of every card and service listed in PhoneCardMate.com.au and we shall not be held responsible for drop calls, lost minutes, static connection or any other issue controlled by the original card company. If you have any questions regarding the usage or quality of the card, you must contact the customer service department of the particular phone card company. Although we try our best to give you the most accurate and up to date information of any particular card and service. However, we cannot guarantee them nor shall be held responsible if the phone card manufacturers change the rate or fee for the phone cards or service. We will update our site as soon as we receive official notification from the card manufacturer.
We practice "No question asked" exchange/refund policy. We will happily exchange a phone card with any other equivalent phone card (of same or lower price) of your choice as long as the original card has full balance. We can also offer a refund if you decide not to exchange as long as the phone card in question has full balance. Partially used phone cards will be considered case-by-case basis and are not eligible for a guaranteed refund or exchange.
If you purchase a phone card from PhoneCardMate.com.au and for some reason the phone card company goes out of business we will issue a refund for the remaining balance of your phone card. To be eligible for the refund the purchase had to be completed within last one month of the incident. Any phone card purchased for more than one month of the incident will not be eligible for refund. We will also decide the nature of the refund individual case basis. You need to notify us within two weeks of the incident in order to be eligible for the refund.
Your personal information may be stored and used by us for research, marketing and update notification purposes but under no circumstances will they be sold to any third party.
Minors under 16 years of age should not be using services of PhoneCardMate.com.au without supervision of parent or guardians. Since we do not have any safeguard to prevent minors from visiting our site, we rely on parents/guardians for their supervision. By establishing a PhoneCardMate.com.au account, you agree that it is your responsibility to authorize, monitor, and control access to and use of your PhoneCardMate.com.au account, User ID and password.
